The first thing to do is have your DAN practitioner do testing to determine which nutrient deficiencies are most pronounced. If you are not working with a DAN doc, I highly recommend you find one at http://www.autismwebsite.com/ari-lists/danus.html

The most common deficiencies in autistic kids are omega 3s, minerals, and B-12 + Magnesium. Here are the supplements which are great starting points:
1) ASDplex Hypoallergenic Powder www.ASDplex.com

2) Berry Frutol by Pharmax or Arctic Cod Liver Oil by Nordic Naturals

3) P 5-P Plus Magnesium by Klaire Labs

4) HLC High Potency Powder probiotics by Pharmax

See how your child does on each product. It’s a good idea to add them one at a time to see if symptoms improve or not. While some kids respond very well with one product, another might get worse. This is commonly seen with DMG Liquid and TMG capsules. You’ll have to determine which one your child does better on.
